Got a phone interview. Unfortunately, it was an automated recorded interview. At no point could you go back and re-record answers. You had some time to formulate your answer, but there seemed to be a time limit. I hit # to record my response, but it went to the next question. Not helpful without another actual human there. Rejection email with no feedback. Not helpful.
